REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Coolbaggz is an online store operated by Cool Bag LLC, a Colorado limited liability company registered in the United States.
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused and in the same condition in which it was received, with all original tags and packaging. You must also provide your order number, receipt or other proof of purchase.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Photographs if the product is damaged, defective or incorrect
Returns must be approved before they are shipped. After approving your request, we will provide return instructions. Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

This facility processes fulfillment and authorized returns on behalf of Cool Bag LLC. It is not the registered business address of Cool Bag LLC.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
If a product is defective, damaged or different from the product ordered, Coolbaggz will pay the reasonable return shipping cost. We will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse the approved return shipping cost according to the instructions provided by our customer service team.
For change-of-mind returns, including returns based on personal preference, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for tracked return shipping.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns. This restriction does not apply when the product is defective, damaged or incorrect, or when applicable law requires otherwise.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Coolbaggz is not responsible for change-of-mind returns that are lost before reaching our authorized returns facility.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If the product is damaged, defective or different from the product ordered, contact us as soon as possible at bagmaker09@gmail.com.
Please include your order number, a description of the problem and clear photographs. We will evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate replacement, repair or refund.
NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
The following products cannot be returned unless they are defective or applicable law requires otherwise:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Products clearly identified as final sale before purchase
Sale items that were not clearly identified as final sale remain eligible for return under this policy. These restrictions do not affect any statutory consumer rights.
EXCHANGES
We do not currently process direct exchanges. The fastest way to obtain a different product is to return the original product following this policy and place a separate order after the return is approved.
EUROPEAN UNION RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days after delivery without providing a reason, subject to applicable exceptions and consumer-protection laws.
For an EU change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for the direct return shipping cost, as disclosed before purchase. Coolbaggz will pay the return shipping cost when the product is defective, damaged or incorrect.
Nothing in this policy limits the statutory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
REFUNDS
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return and will confirm whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued automatically to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
