From Design to Production

Every design follows its own sequence, but the core workflow includes design development, material selection, pattern preparation, cutting, assembly, finishing and final inspection. Some operations require skilled handwork, while others use appropriate workshop equipment.

Our in-house development process turns design concepts into precise patterns, material components and working samples.

1. Material Selection and Preparation

We review leather color, texture, thickness, surface condition and suitability for the intended shape. Natural leather can show subtle variation, so panels and components are considered together before construction.

2. Pattern and Manual Cutting

Patterns guide the placement of each component. During manual cutting, the craftsperson considers the leather’s grain, surface and usable area before preparing body panels, handles, trim and smaller components.

3. Assembly, Stitching and Construction

Prepared components are aligned and assembled in sequence. Skilled craftspeople guide each piece through stitching and construction, combining hands-on workmanship with specialized workshop equipment.

4. Final Finishing

After construction, visible details are reviewed and refined. Loose thread ends are carefully trimmed and heat-sealed where appropriate before the bag moves to final inspection.

5. Final Inspection and Preparation

Before fulfillment, the team reviews the completed bag and its included components. Each handbag is cleaned, checked and carefully shaped with protective filling where appropriate.
